Good to know
- Power cuts happen in Tulum. Usually back within a couple of hours; water often stays on.
- Towels aren't changed daily. Stained, damaged or lost towels are charged at replacement cost.
- The jungle comes in. The villa is fumigated twice a month, but insects are part of life here. Please don't harm them, and don't leave food out.
